Order Processing
We carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, unless a different processing time is mentioned on the product page.
Domestic Shipping
We ship products across India. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where applicable.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for selected products and destinations. International shipping charges and delivery times are calculated based on the destination, product size, weight and shipping method.
Custom & Bulk Orders
For custom manufacturing, OEM, ODM, private-label and bulk orders, shipping and delivery arrangements are provided separately based on the order requirements and destination.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, carrier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the package/product.
